Answers for chiefs and purchasing teams

Not here? Call (801) 450-6865.

Do you send a quote right away?

No. A person at Outback reviews every build first, so the quote fits how you will use the truck. We reach out after you send it.

How long does a new truck take?

Mostly it depends on chassis availability. Ask us for current timing. If you need one soon, see trucks available now.

Can we supply our own chassis?

Choose "Our department supplies the chassis" in the builder and we will talk through what works.

Can you help with a bid or grant?

Yes. We send a written spec, photos and details for your bid documents or grant application.

Do you deliver?

Yes, across the country. Or pick up your truck at our shop in Springville, Utah.

Can we talk to a department that runs one?

Yes. Our trucks run in 111 communities. Ask for a reference near you.

Tell us how your crew works. We will draw it up and build it.
